Hi, I’m Jamie — mom of four, educator, and lifelong reflector. Jamie’s Moments in Between began as a personal journal of sorts — a way to process the chaos, the pivots, and the constant “in-between” moments of life. Over time, it’s grown into something bigger: a space to share tools, stories, and strategies that can help all of us live with a little more calm, clarity, and intention.

Nutrition – approachable meal ideas, grocery tips, and ways to fuel your body without the overwhelm. Fitness – realistic ways to stay active (with or without kids around). Organization – hacks, routines, and strategies to bring more flow and less chaos to your home. I don’t have all the answers (no one does), but I’ve learned that small shifts add up. Whether it’s finding a five-minute routine that grounds you, getting creative with dinner on a budget, or making space for laughter when things feel heavy — these are the “moments in between” that make the difference.
